Littelfuse SJx08x High-Temperature SCRs offer a voltage rating of up to 800V, surge current capability of up to 100A, and a maximum temperature rating of +150°C. Specifications include a low gate current trigger level of 6mA or 15mA maximum at approximately 1.5V gate trigger voltage. The sensitive version of the SCR series has a gate trigger current of less than 200µA and is easily triggered by sense coils, proximity switches, and microprocessors. Littelfuse SJx08x High-Temperature SCRs are suitable for generic rectifiers, battery voltage regulators and converters, controls for power tools, and various appliances.
